change your thoughts and change your lifeChanging Limiting Beliefs

Create all the health, happiness and success that you really want

Our beliefs underpin everything we are. They are our way of making sense of the world around us.

Some are simple and common sense, like believing in gravity - you pick up a pen, you let go of it, you expect it to fall, it does and your belief is proved to you.

Other beliefs are more complex:

  • beliefs about what makes us the person we are,
  • beliefs about what we can and can't do
  • beliefs that control how well we handle stress,
  • beliefs that limit our ability to make changes in our lives,
  • beliefs that make us more prone to disease and illness.

Low self-confidence, anxiety around people, obsessive thoughts and actions, fears and phobias are just a few of the many problems which are generated and maintained by our beliefs.

That doesn't mean we're to blame for having those beliefs in the first place but it does mean we can free ourselves of them by altering the way we think.

The key to solving these problems is knowing what makes you tick. Understanding your unique personality, what makes you "You", is the first step to taking active control and choosing a new life for yourself.

"I don't feel like the finished article just yet, but I do feel my confidence and possibilities in life growing, and I will continue to apply what I learned from you and Rob [Kelly, author of Changing Limiting Beliefs book]." Rob Tilley

This training programme is usually six 1-hour sessions long. You will be given your own Changing Limiting Beliefs book to work through and to record your progress.

I will be there to help you understand what is going on in your thinking and to challenge your beliefs in a positive and light-hearted way!

You don't have to believe Changing Limiting Beliefs will work for you, if you take the action you will see the benefits.

Symptoms that can be treated include: depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), anger issues, sexual problems (male and female), health anxiety, speech problems (stuttering and stammering), confidence issues, obsessive disorders, chronic fatigue (M.E., PVFS), bulimia, anorexia, phobias and anxiety.

Once you've discovered how your mind works you'll start to see other people's words and actions in a whole new light as well. Many clients are enthusiastic to pass on what they've learned to their family and friends.
