Driving Test Nerves
There
can't be many people who weren't nervous, even if only a little,
when it came to taking their driving test.
'Nerves' are normal, look at them another
way - they're excitement and anticipation of something new
and unknown.
What's not so pleasant or useful is when
these nerves seem to get the better of us. Acute anxiety results
in a loss of concentration and self-confidence, events go
into a spin and it can be difficult to find the space to calm
down and relax when you've got the examiner sitting beside
you.
The good news is that I can teach you simple,
straightforward strategies you can use to turn 'nerves' into
successfully passing your test.
During a session with me you'll understand:
- why you're feeling this anxiety now
- how what's in your mind affects your body
- how you can banish your nerves by managing your thinking
Added to these strategies for managing
your conscious thoughts, the session will also include powerful,
positive subconscious suggestions. Together they give you
the very best opportunity to pass your test calmly and confidently.
What's more you'll find you can use these
same strategies to help you through other stressful situations
in your life, or go onto find out much more about what makes
you tick with the Changing Limited Beliefs
course.
