What happens in a Stop Smoking
Easily session?
The first part concentrates on unpicking all your old beliefs
about smoking to give you new ones that are going to make

The second half of the session uses the natural power of relaxation
and suggestion to arm you with all the incentive you need
to begin life as a non-smoker straightaway
.
How long does it last?
The session will take between an hour and an hour and thirty
minutes.

Rob Kelly conducted extensive research into different methods,
identified the elements that were really psychologically effective

Is success guaranteed?
No, there are no guarantees and no refunds. Hypnotherapy is
not a magic wand which can be waved over anybody to instantly
transform them into a non-smoker. The real power lies in your
own motivation to co-operate in the session and put effort
into changing your life for the better.
Just occasionally, there are other factors too, undisclosed
during the session, which override first attempts. In this

Research carried out in 1992, and published in New Scientist
magazine, revealed that hypnosis was the most successful method
